Question about skin stretching.

I came across an article that mentioned skin stretching as being neccessary to achieving length gains from hanging. Does this apply to uncut guys or only cut ones?

Skin is probably the easiest thing to stretch on the human body and it will never hold back your gains.

What you need to worry about is stretching those ligs.

i thought so, i don’t have much of any tension on my skin when i hang. I’ll forget I ever saw that sentence.
