Question about post exercise wrapping
Thank you so much for reopening registration! I’ve been lurking here for awhile hoping to become a member.
Does anyone have any advice about post exercise wrapping?
Any advantages/disadvantages?
What material is recommended? Ace bandage?
I occasionally get red spots from manual stretching and I thought I read once here that wrapping after might help with healing in a elongated state versus a turtled state.
