Sup everybody.

My question concerns ED with certain PE stretches. I have read(and slightly experienced) how over-working your unit with girth exercises like jelqs/clamping/squeezes can cause ED/poor Erection Quality.

BUT, can manual stretching cause ED/poor EQ?

It doesn’t seem like it would because it’s just the ligs that are being stretched..

It’s certainly possible to overdo any form of PE, even manual stretches, to the point that your penis becomes exhausted and ED sets in. Everything in moderation.

I have been PE’ing for several months now, and I’m afraid I over did it for a couple weeks resulting in some slight ED. However, I have a new plan. I recently started taking ginkgo biloba/ginseng/l arginine. I have noticed a significant increase in EQ and my flaccid hang seems to be more filled and longer.

My plan is to:

Continue the supplements
Manual stretches

I’m going to test this and see if it gives me an increase in size, better EQ, and penile health.

Don’t over do, don’t stretch to hard, don’t jelq at to high of an erection. This is not a sprint it is a marathon. Repeat after me, I have one penis, I will not hurt it again. Say that 50 times a day.

The supplements are good I would continue taking them, if nothing else the ginkgo will help you remember where you put shit.
