## Question about measuring girth properly

When I measure my girth it’s really different in different places.

The glans is 4.3 inches, middle is 5.8, and base is 6.5 (base does not look wider than middle but apparently it is because I’ve measured multiple times)

When you guys say that your girth is a certain number, does it just mean the largest part?

I think most do an average or mid length girth.

Wow you have really good starting starts for Girth. Most people measure mid and base girth but most go with mid girth.

I’m cut. And for me being cut there’s a skin tone difference above mid length, and thats where I measure at. I measure there because Thats where I want my goal girth at. I’f it’s not 6” then I’m not at goal yet :D

## Do All 3 Places

I measure in all 3 locations and use the average. I also calculate my volumn and track the changes, because your increase in volumn is what is going to matter most to the Misses. Girls can only take so much length, but they can strecth to take any girth (think about having a baby].

I measured the mid shaft, it appears to be thicker than the base

It can’t be perfectly cylindrical so wouldn’t it be hard to measure volume?

Wouldn’t it be better to submerge it into water and then measure the amount of water it displaces? LOL

Mid-shaft girth is the standard.

Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

I measure about a half inch below my circ scare. That way I’m measuring the same place each time. Measuring the base can be subjective.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Jackstock-sure it would (known as the volume displacement method), but since I already get the average girth, I just let my PE Log spreedsheet calculate the volume for me. An accurate number is not as important as the relative increase in volume over time. The calc is simple; 0.08 x EL x BEG x MSEG = Volume (the 0.08 is the conversion factor that makes this an easy calc. [note: I’m an engineer, so I can appreacate your volume displacement method, I just don’t want to go thru the extra step]).

That’s how I do it. When I started PE, that was far closer to being the actual mid point on my penis. It is now 2/3 to 3/4 of the length of my dick, but I gotta measure from the same place to make sure it’s consistent.

I’ve always measured mid-shaft. It’s the part that I feel really matter when I see gains. My shaft base is 5.5-5.6 so I’m not worried if I don’t see any gains there. Ideally I’d like to get my mid-shaft girth to match my base. As it is I have a hard time rolling a regular (trojan) condom all the way down to my base. I wonder if I’ll have this problem when I get my mid shaft measurement to 5.5 as well.

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]
