Does masterbating decreases the size of the penis? Also I have been stuck with a size 5.5 dick since 16. Does that mean I won’t grow no more?

Masturbation does not affect penis size.

After puberty is done so is the natural growth of your penis.

When did you turn 16? I ask because puberty can continue for some people.
