So there is like, 5 different kind of stretches. Should I do a combination of all of them in a single workout?

Or just focus on 1 type of stretch for 1 day, then another stretch for a different day. Or should I just stick one 1 kind of stretch for every workout I do?

If you are talking about the direction of stretches, then you should do them in every direction. If you are talking about types of stretches, the answer is simple - until you do the newbie routine for 2 months, lay off the advanced stretches.
