Is it possible to gain a lot only using manual exercises technique ?

Or will I need to switch one day to hanging , clamping , etc ?

I started jelquing technique 6 months ago and I can tell you manual work is all you need , my girth was a joke and now my cock is fatter I’m so happy but sad at the same time for not knowing about jelquing before , I’m 26 , and I will keep doing this lovely exercise for 2 or 3 years more :D

Do jelquing , its easy

Do tenacity , its hard

I personally have gained 1.5 in with out devices that’s more than average so it’s possible. When there’s a will there’s a way.

The question is how would be faster to gain , for example : after 4 months of “graduating” and finishing the newbie routine , should i keep with manuals or start clamping,hanging,etc?

What way would be the best to gain the maximum at the minimal time ?

I understand that it varies from person to person and that consistency and patience are needed.

Manual is key in the beginning. A combination of devices and manual also are a great choice. Stay with manual until you are comfortable adding a device. They are great when you have others things to do such as a ADS or an extender.

For manual, your hands need to be as strong as hell. If not, in this battle between the penis and hands, the penis will always win out.

Your hands will get stronger by doing manual exercises. It also helps to lift weights. You don’t need to do any gripping exercises. Just regular lifts (curls, etc.) are enough to help you build strength.

I agree. I can’t jelq as strong with my hands as I can with a device and maintain steady pressure. Same us true for stretching. Besides, I have far more important things to do throughout the day than fudging with my penis. I prefer devices because it frees me up to focus my attention elsewhere.

I will make this statement: PE is awesome. There are more important things in life though.

I’m sure some of the vets would agree with this statement: it depends on your goal, consistency, discipline, and how much time you are willing to dedicate to PE.

At one point in my life having a big dick was my focus. Then I realized I didn’t want to have to deal with more secondary sex characteristics from the hypothalamus gland kicking in and jacking up my hormone levels, lmbo, because I was giving my penis way more attention than it needed (that and I was able to final face my insecurities dead on, which had absolutely nothing to do with the size of child creator mechanism, smh). I can only speak for myself.

Now, I only use devices because my PE is targeted and i want to be more efficient with how I use my time, and it gives me the use of my hands.

I would encourage looking at your goals for PE on a realistic time line. Some people gain fast and others gain slow (whether it be from manual PE or devices). Your body determines how fast in the end. Just focus on quality PE, consistency, resting, and listening to your body.
