Question about LOT
I recently checked my LOT and it’s about 7:30. So my question to those more experienced in this realm is: Which direction of stretching will give me the most benefit?
I’d just like to know so that perhaps I can focus a little more time on stretching in the direction that will benefit me the most. Not that I will just abandon the other directions. I’m just curious is all. I feel like the more information I have, the better I’ll be able to adapt to what I need in my PE. Thanks in advance!
