I recently checked my LOT and it’s about 7:30. So my question to those more experienced in this realm is: Which direction of stretching will give me the most benefit?

I’d just like to know so that perhaps I can focus a little more time on stretching in the direction that will benefit me the most. Not that I will just abandon the other directions. I’m just curious is all. I feel like the more information I have, the better I’ll be able to adapt to what I need in my PE. Thanks in advance!

If you are jelqing and manual stretching, i.e. the newbie routine, then you do not need to assign much importance to your LOT at this time. Just stretch straight out and all the directions you can. Experiment.

Take good measurements. But don’t expect gains right away. Sometimes you will measure a loss which will become a gain later.

Soreness is good. Pain is bad.

If and when you decide that you want to move to a more advanced exercise like hanging, then you may want to design your routine taking your LOT into consideration.

Read Bib’s LOT Theory and learn as much as you can about the anatomy involved in PE.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’m not planning on switching programs or anything. I’m in no rush, just interested in the information for future reference. (If it was of importance) I’m at the end of month one and will be taking measurements to track progress, if there is any yet. I understand that just as with exercising the body, change takes time.. Especially building muscle and size that is noticeable. Or in this case length and girth. From what I have read, it seems that gains start to become noticeable around month two. I’ve figured that since I want to gain just over an inch in length and 3/4 to an inch in girth, that about a years time seems appropriate as far as expectation of time. For me, it’s not something in desperation, but rather curiosity. I’d like to be a little bigger and if PE can do that for me, great.. If not, I’ll survive (somehow lol).

My routine is basically the newbie one, only with one day on, one day off instead of 2 on, 1 off. I haven’t felt any discomfort or soreness really. It’s been pretty smooth in that aspect. In any event, I appreciate anyone’s comments.. Thanks for chiming in.

You shouldn’t feel any soreness, actually, just a pleasurable feeling of a worked penis - we coud say a ‘waked up’ penis, if you get what I mean - and a pumped, fuller unit for some time after the session.

I am with iamaru. Yes I read your reply.

First things first. LOT is a theory, and not everybody believes in it.

Getting hung up on “theory” at this point is counter-productive in my opinion. Worry about the future when you get to the future.

Stick with the newbie routine for a good solid three months and see where it takes you. Warm up, and do your jelqing and your 5 way stretches.

If you run into bumps in the road, ask questions. We will help you.

If standard newbie is too fatiguing, start with linear newbie and ramp up:

I did something similar to that and I gained. Some people respond to that kind of a “less is more” approach.

If it is still working, keep doing the newbie routine. If it isn’t then we will go from there.

You are right about reading the forums, that is great idea. Pretty soon you will figure out which members are the most reliable in their advice and information.

How do people keep coming across the LOT theory on here? It has been dismissed for a long time on here and yet we still get threads started about it on a monthly basis. Just curious.
