I read the lot theory a couple of days ago and I think I understand it but I have a question. My lot is like at 8 so which way would I stretch and jelq to see the most gains?
The LOT theory is mainly for hangers. New guys just starting PE should stick to the Newbie Routine and jelq in the direction most comfortable. Manual stretches should be done up, down, left, right and straight out. After you’ve done the Newbie for six weeks or so you can look into hanging. I’m not much of a LOT theory fan. Many guys have gotten gains without ever knowing anything about it.
