question about lengthening surgery

I’m not posting to debate the pros or cons. I’m simply a supporter of this procedure, as performed by Gary Alter, based on my experience, my results, and a healthy penis almost three years later.

Good luck.

If I remember rightly, didn’t it take you a year of hanging, 2 hours per day, to gain that half inch? I’m pretty sure we’ve discussed this before and you said it got to the point tht you were misserable as sticking to the hanging regime ruled your life. Surely you hadn’t done PE like that prior to surgery and if that is true, why do you credit a reasonably modest gain (though one we’d all be delighted with) to the surgery?

I wish I could ask all members that had surgery to tells us how it went?

How would I PM them, I can’t find any of those members you listed that had surgery on here?

How do you mean you can’t find them? Just type their username into the search and their previous posts will come up.

For example, here are the most recent posts made by the first 5 names on the list:

Dig Dipper : Big Dipper - Surgical Enlargement Mini Forum.

8-Ball : 8-Ball - question about lengthening surgery

kwkw : kwkw - I Bet She Prefers It Doggy Style

Crashex : No longer a member

8works : 8Works - I’m an escort

It’s easy, just use advanced search, search under usernames and select results shown as “posts” rather than “threads”. You can then click on the username and have the option to PM them.

Nice, joey.

Joey, Kudos to you dude. Talk about an upstanding member.

Thanks Joey,

I will talk to as many, if not all of those dudes, with some questions and get back to you guys with the result. When I get around to it.

You might want to check out a doc who does a more modern procedure. Http://www.drgiunta.com/

No affiliation or experience here, but I read his site, he’s been a surgeon for 30 years, does other things because cut up dicks, and he claims to have pioneered a laser procedure that only uses a one inch incision for the lig cutting. Another claim is that he reattaches the ligs to maintain the erection angle and doesn’t use alloderm either. The interesting thing is he puts photos on his website that to me, don’t look like the kind of thing you’d put up if you were trying to scam anyone.

So far in my research on the surgery, the people that have had negative outcomes, got both length and girth surgery done at the same time (dual augmentation). It seems dual augmentation is a disaster.

As far as the lengthening surgery goes, I have been hearing a lot of positives so far most people gaining at least a half inch. The right post surgery exercise seems to make all the difference. I still have to hear from a lot more people, and search through old forum posts, to fully get a better understanding on this. So far 9 positives, 2 negatives, both from the dual procedure.

Actually if you count crashex, it’s 9 positives, 3 negatives.

I think the girth surgery is a disaster period. Think about it, it’s so invasive! They cut you apart and insert dead tissue…I’ll pass. The length surgery is much more simple, get in, laser the ligament, put some spacers on the things for Christ sakes, and get out! I don’t know why they don’t cut about a foot of the suspensory ligament away or remove it from the penis completely…There’s a thought.

That doesn’t make sense as the 5 names I gave links to above all had negative epxeriences. Dig Dipper has since returned aand had further girth surgery he is pleased with, but I’m pretty sure he gained nothing from lengthening surgery.

Have you asked about their previous PE routine? If they haven’t done consistent hanging or stretching prior to surgery, then how can you come to the conclusion that the surgery worked? Are these people gaining any quicker than those (who hadn’t had surgery) in the study carried out with the Andro Penis. Are you findings simply suggesting that by paying such a large amount of money, patients are determined to ensure as good a result as possible and therefore follow Dr’s orders, which include a strict PE regiment for 6 months, something they’d failed to do in the past?

You need to ask each patient what their previous PE history was. You then need to ask what gains they made post op and over what time period and using which methods.

Complications of Penile Lengthening and Augmentation Seen at 1 Referral Center
The Journal of Urology, Volume 155, Issue 5, Pages 1617-1620

Abstract

PurposeComplications of the recent cosmetic technique of penile lengthening and girth enhancement are reviewed.

Materials and Methods
During a 16-month period 12 men presented with complications of penile augmentation performed elsewhere. All 12 patients had undergone release of the suspensory ligament and 10 had received autologous fat injection.

Resultsthe chief complaint was poor cosmetic appearance (irregular residual fat nodules in 7 men, skin deformity and scarring in 4 and scrotalization in 4). Reoperation was necessary in 6 patients, wound complications occurred in 6 and sexual dysfunction was reported by 4. Only 1 patient reported a subjective increase in penile length.

Conclusions
Although a verifiable complication rate may never by available, the morbidity of elective penile lengthening and girth enhancement is noteworthy. These cosmetic techniques should be regarded as experimental.

What would be interesting to know: what kind of hanger/extender was used right after the surgery?

Kwkw, didn’t do any post op exercises to prevent the penis from retracting while healing.None.
Big Dipper’s friend gained 0.75” EL with the lengthening procedure, Big Dipper didn’t do any post op exercises.None.
8-ball had dual augmentation
Crashex had dual augmentation
8works, I read some of his post, I believe it didn’t say?

Reason these guys didn’t gain from the surgery in my opinion. Dual augmentation and knowledge of post op exercises. Your supposed to do post op exercises, I mean you have to do them.

I actually didn’t ask about there previous PE routines, that is a good question, I should have asked.

Especially the success stories. For me personally the Bib meant, very poor EQ and it just generally hurt for the most part, while on. It was never really a comfortable normal feeling.

I’m thinking a good vac hanger, or a good stretcher, would be key to use, even without the surgery. Never tried them though. I wonder which are the best one’s? I know on one surgeons website, he sells a stretcher for $399.
