So next week I am going to start PEing again. I’ll have a lot of time because I am switching jobs and so I have free time for a few months. I know that overjelqing is bad.but I have a question for everyone. The veterans all say that too much PE is bad, but that’s really only talking about hanging/jelqing and other such stuff right? People use ADS even as newbies?

Would it be bad if I stretched for like 2-3 hours everyday, but I made sure not to pull too hard? Just got into a groove and just watched a movie or something. Thanks for the advice.

I was wondering the same thing, cause there are some days where you get in a good stretch groove and before you know it, you’ve been stretching for an hour. I’ve only been PEing for two and a half weeks, and when I stretch for a solid 30+ minutes, I notice the difference in my flaccid hang. I hope I’m not killing my boy by doing this.

Try to stick to the newbie routine. Getting ahead of the newbie routine doesn’t yield you more gains than the newbie routine. Yeah too much PE can be bad, including overdoing the newbie routine. Don’t increase the time or number of strokes you do until you are no longer gaining. Pay attention to your NI’s and PI’s.

You can wear an ADS, but I don’t believe there’s a need this early in your PE career.

If you are meaning manual stretching for 2-3 hours, even at light tension, then : YES, it’s too much.

Go for the newbies routine and listen to your body: you have not only to adapt your penis, but to learn the correct PE technique. After 3-4 months, you’ll have the base experience to try something more “personalised”.

Why is it bad to do manual stretching for so long? I don’t see how it’s any different from the people who use an ADS for 3-4 hours a day.

You can’t expect to increase your rate of gain by 4 times by stretching 2 hours a day in stead of normal 30 minutes. Besides, it will stiffen your penis quicker than usual to adapt to stretching effect. This means no more gain by manual stretching after that.
