Question about kegels?
I’ve been doing PEing for about 2 months now, I’d say, jelqing, stretching, some hanging and wrapping, but I rarely if ever do kegels. Now this is not because I don’t want to, I’m not sure of when to do it best? Before my workouts, anytime of the day? If so, how long, how many reps. Do I hold it for 2 or 5 seconds between reps. Also flaccid, semi erect or erect? Any preference?
I know its the PC or BC muscle but when u hold it for 5 seconds, my lower abdomen or stomach, tightens, does that mean I’m doing it right? Also How long should I do it, I’ve noticed my erection quality has decreased so I need to get cracking!
And when should I expect to see some improvement, a week, 2?
