I’m real confused with kegels. Is it more like tightening your anus or more like moving your dick up and down?

I’m not sure they fit easily into either of those description.

Here’s the easy way to locate the muscle. Drink a lot of water. Wait. Take a piss. Attempt to stop the stream mid flow. You’ve now located the muscle. Once you know where its is try tightening it a few times. Try holding your penis stretched upward and performing a kegel you should notice a major pull on your penis.

Another way is trying to ‘bounce’ your penis when you are hard. With a little concentration, you will be able to notice no tightening of the anus, and the contraction will seem to be a little more ‘forward’.
