Hello, I’m a newb here and was looking for some help from one of the seasoned veterans. How do I know if I am doing the kegel exercises properly? If someone can just describe what I am supposed to feel and where I would appreciate it. Thanks again for the help!

Hi vaztw and welcome to the forum.

The kegel exercise is a fairly simple one. And is one you do every day.

It is simply the muscle you use when stopping a pee in mid squirt as it were. Just flex that muscle and you should find it sets the muscles in that area. The only difference is you can use a lot more power and do it more often .

The reverse Kegel is as if you were trying to draw urine back again.

You can do that as often as you like as well.

Thanks for the information! I pretty sure I have it down now. I have 2 more things I am curious about.

1. On off days, should kegels still be performed?

2. Sometimes if I squeeze I feel the muscle just behind my testicles flex. Is that the BC muscle? If so, Is there benefits to flexing this muscle as well?

I know it’s alot of questions, but I know you veterans have the right answers and I really do appreciate the help. You guys rock!

1. Yes.
2. Yes. That is the main muscle to exercise for improved penis health.
