Question about jelqing and the "baseball bat effect"
When I jelq I feel the pressure building the further I get down the shaft toward the head. It seems like this sort of pressure distribution —less at the base and more towards the tip— would result in more increases further down the shaft. Am I just being paranoid? Is the girth expanding about the same along the whole shaft?
I ask this because I want to avoid the baseball bat look if at all possible, and I notice a lot of the big gainers have been able to avoid it. Would basic jelqing be counter productive if I were going for a look similar to aristocane’s (def. Not the size, but the shape)? Which exercises concentrate more on the girth at the base?
I realize there are a bunch of questions here.. Feel free to take a stab at any of them.
