Hi,in your opinion are better a low number of slow jelqs (5-6 sec each) or a major number of quick jelqs (2-3 sec each)? (Expecially for girth gains)

And you,how much do you keep the stroke on your routine? If you tried both say why one is better than the other,thanks. :)

3 secs are ideal IMO. Good enough?


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Just 5 min of stretching at low-medium force,if i stretch more powerful i have the opposite reaction (it retreats for a while),and 100-120 wet jelqs.I noticed lenght gains very soon,we all are different. :)

Maybe some long jelq (the final 10 or 15 of the session,before kegels for example) of 6 secs each could make good gains,they would create a good pressure inside the CC when the penis is already conditioned by the all other jelqs,so no overtrain (probably). What do you think about it?
