Question About Hanging
Hey guys, I started hanging a week ago with 2.5 lbs everything was fine. This week I hung 3.5 lbs (3 x 20) and I felt fatigue. I woke up and I still feel fatigue, I do manual stretches throughout the day. My question is is it safe to hang if I’m still feeling fatigued from yesterday’s workout? Also I’ve read that some hangers don’t take days off?
