So I’ve gained girth, I haven’t measured but I have my eyes. Clearly I’ve gained girth!
Anyway, I was wondering if I keep gianing girth do I lose lenght?

Temporarily, yes! As the tissue is stretched outward more than “straightwards”. Over time the increase in tissue will cause a re-gain in length. This can happen over weeks. I may be wrong but thats what happens to me atleast.

It depends what you are doing.
Fluid buildup from pumping will dissipate, as will swelling from jelqing.
Occasionally I will notice swelling from hanging also, but I have also gained tissue girth gains also over time.
I think the long term duress of PE of all forms will give you results, but everyone is different.
I got girth gains from traditionally length exercises.
Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
Going for the magic 8"x6"
