when I was not yet 18 (16 of age) I was reading about PE on a dutch website (sex and things are allowed from the age of 16 in Belgium) and so I started a routine there. After a few years of doing this I reached 6.2 Inch BPEL and then I stopped PEing for about half a year. Then I found this site through a link at the dutch site and I started reading here and wanted to do a routine from here but when I measured I was around 5.8 BPEL. Now that’s not a problem but I have been doing some routines from here (did newbie routine again) and it seems like I am stuck at 5.9 inch BPEL now … my question is: Will I ever get my 6.2 inch again or am I stuck at 5.9 for ever? .. Been doing a routine from Thunders for a while now… Without big gains… (I started out with a 5.2 incher at the other forum)

Since you have hit the 6.2 inch mark, it will be easier to get it back. You just have to be consistent and work hard for it.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Yes .. I’m measuring wile sitting down on the same chair as before :p … (and I am offcourse sitting in the same way ;) )

If you got to 6.2” before, you surely will again. That was an inch gain from your starting stats, and you said it took ‘a few years’. Give the Thunder’s routine a bit more time.

Was the routine from the Dutch website much different to the Newbie routine here?

a bit different yeah .. It did not have a warming up and cooling down thing .. and I believe it had different ways of stretching but as for the jelqing was prety much the same…

I toughed that the gains made from PE where permanent?

only when you do a maintenance routine and you cement them … if you stop right a way then they tend to disappear..

The routine sounds fairly similar then canape? Hopefully you will slowly but steadily gain on the Thunder’s Routine in time, even better than you did on the Dutch routine.

Belgians speak Dutch and French ;) … Well I study English at school so I should be able to write it without mistakes so I will do my best in the future :p ..
