Hello guys!

I’m just starting out with PE.
I am on my third day so far with the noobie routine.
I was wondering though, I have quite a severe erection angle, my penis basically touches my stomach even while standing upright.
I notice that especially when I’m doing my downward stretching I can feel a LOT of tension.

I wonder if therefore doing fewer or more stretching would make sense for me.
Fewer stretches because I might over train my penis that way, but doing more because there might be more gains to be made that way?
Also, will doing more down stretching decrease my erection angle to a more normal level?
Do you guys have any advice for me? Should I just stick to my normal noobie routine?

I would really appreciate your insight and advice!

Your best bet is to stick to the newbie routine for a few months. You might back off on the tension for your downward stretches and increase that slowly over time if you find it uncomfortable now.

Stick with what you are doing and as MDC suggested, back off the force when doing downward angle work IF necessary but I doubt it is necessary.

I am in the same boat as you with the angle (I actually like my upward angle) and the recommended routines were right on.

Don’t over think it, stay consistent, and pay attention to not cause any sharp pains and you will see gains.

Just to be clear, you’re feeling a lot of tension when you stretch downward when you’re flaccid, right? If you’re stretching when flaccid, as you should, I doubt there’ll be any issues.

No, stretching downward won’t decrease your erection angle.

I have very high erection angle too and i stretch only downward. My erection angle is the same.

I wish my erection angle was still pointing up high! Give it time, the angle will decrease with age. I still get rock hard, but as I’ve gotten older the angle has gone down, which is normal from what I’ve read.

It’s not too uncomfortable. But I can tell the downward stretch has a lot more tension to it than the up stretch.

It’s not that I don’t like having an upward angle, but mine is so severe that I can never get my penis into my woman without touching it with my hands.
I’ll stick with the noobie routine for now and see what the results are like!

I’m stretching flaccid or mostly flacid, under 50% erection I’d say. Downward stretch simply has a lot more tension than an upward stretch. It’s like I can feel the fibres tearing one by one.

Downward stretching is the most effective.

I save my time and i stretch only downward for 30 minutes a day. I grow very fast, almost 0.2 inch Bpel every month.

I disagree with people saying it wont change erection angle.Having an upward erection means you have tight ligs and high exit point, thus you have easier and fast gains potential.I have a high erection level and since I incorporated SD and BTC stretches, I gained 0.5 ” and changed my angle from 11 to 10.This with prior months of stretching SO and SU with no gains at all.And I know more gains are coming.Also the reversr cow girl with my girl leaning forward is easier on my ligs.

Just dont stretch your ligs too hard, but try to relax into the stretch, otherwise you can toughen up your ligs and stop future gains

Interesting you say that.
I was already wondering what benefit it has to jelq for 30 min instead of 10 min.
Well for now I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.

How exactly does having tight ligaments give you easy gain potential? I thought the gains came primarily from enlarging the amount of blood your penis can hold. But I’m definitely going to try the BTC stretch.
I guess enlarging the penis gives your penis more weight, so your erection angle will go down eventually with enough length gains.
I would love to have a bit more stretch in my ligs for reverse cowgirl etc.
