Question about Early ADS'ing and Jelqing
So I just returned from a short hiatus from PE due to a little overworking. I had been jelqing for about 2 months and had noticed no significant differences, and then began overworking. Now I’m beginning week 3 of jelqing again, just using the newbie routine. I don’t even want to measure myself because I feel that my size is significantly smaller than when I first measured, so I don’t want to be discouraged.
My question is, that since I have begun jelqing again, would using an ADS device for about 2-4 hours a day on my workout days be harmful? Would it even be helpful? I mean I spent a good amount of money on this and I might as well use it if I got it.
