Question about Deconditioning

Well I’m on my 2week deconditioning almost done(2 more days) and i want to ask a few questions.
1.Since my time off was somewhat long to me,how long should I continue to use the newbie routine for?
2.Since i never reconditioned before is there a higher chance of getting injured?And what are the signs(The negative and positives. Couldn’t find link)
3.Can i do piss pulls with the newbie routine?How long and what directions?
4. Should I just restart my whole Peing.Start with the newbie continue it for 3 months,then adjust to a higher workout?

My PE Data

Current 9-30-2009~ BPEL~7.2 inches EG~5.2inches FL 5 inches

Goal By Turkey day~ BPEL~7.5 inches EG~6.0inches FL 5 inches

I think it depends on how long you have been training overall. If you’ve already put in 3 or more months, then you can probably go with the newbie routine for a couple of weeks and add as you think you can handle it.

I don’t think there is a higher chance of injury after a break. Just pay attention to your PI and EQ.

You can do piss pulls whenever you want. You can do them as long as you want too - or until someone starts wondering what you’re doing in there…

Restarting is also based on how long you have been at it in the first place. Add as you think you can and pay attention to your body’s response.
