Question about days off.

I was just wondering if a 1 on 1 off routine would be beneficial? I was originally a 1 on two off guy ( see my progress thread), but after noticing my penis getting larger from the last workout, I wanna keep it that way! One thing I should inform anyone reading this is that I think I have some slight swelling from the last workout. Should I progress anyway?

Any answers will be warmly welcomed as usual :)

I have been doin a routine of 2 on 1 off and have still been experiencing loss of EQ, so I’ve been thinking of trying 1 on 1 off. I intend on starting sometime next week and I’ll let you know how it goes. However, it would be nice to hear from a vet on this matter.

OK this whole loss of EQ is scaring the shit outta me. I’m starting to doubt all of this.

Remember that a decrease in EQ is a negative PI ( physiological Indicator)

Try and take it easier on your unit, or if it’s really scaring you, take a month off and come back :)
Slow and steady man, you don’t need alot of pressure to increase girth and you don’t need alot of stretching to increase length at first.
You need to think that when our doing PE it’s for a HEALTHIER penis firstly, with any gains being a bonus :)

Remember that if you prefer doing 2 on , 1 off, you could just decrease the workload on your penis each workout. It’s 6’s and 7’s really

Take at least one week off somastylo, at least one, I did the same as you, men F**K days off F**K EQ and PI, and that was bad karma dude, you must listen to your PI.

I agree with wada, you need to listen to your penis. Another thing is to have the right attitude approaching your PE as erection level can falter due to anxiety or depression.

I really think that’s what you ought to look at for your faltering EQ. One day off, and I assume your still somewhat of a beginner. You’re overdoing it like hell. You should try to go at it from the opposite direction; Instead of overdoing it and having to pull back and take week long breaks, and what not, try to underdo it, and carefully work your way up, ‘til you reach what your dick can take. Seriously. Do twice a week of maximum half an hour, ‘til you’re sure you can take it, then maybe three times a week, and so on.

You had the thread of why jelqing isn’t on the news, right? Well, this is the point I made over there: Jelqing not being widely known so far is good, so people don’t rush out and overdo it and rip their cocks out of their sockets. Unfortunately, some still do.

Nice post Bullet! I have personally found that, for me, 1 on 1 off is enough for me to see gains so unless your penis is ridiculously different from mine, why isn’t it for you? :)

I go five on and two off. Maybe I`m just an old school calvinist, but I think a work week with a week-end rest makes sense, and has worked wonders for me.

I have gained nearly an inch in length in six months (I still can`t believe it some days) and I have very little in negative EQ, in fact mostly it`s from overall physical exhaustion from hard training and soccer games three times a week…and a horny wife.

I used to do 5 on 2 off, but my dick just couldn’t take it. I had great EQ, but I saw no gains at all, and I got this weird pain in my thigh/groin area. Two years to get rid of that, more or less, and when I started again I went a lot slower. Worked my way up to three times a week, of roughly an hour each. Great gains in just over two months. Then I stopped, ‘cause… Well, you know, you miss one work out, and you fall off the wagon. I’m getting on tomorrow, though…

Me too, I begin with 5 days on and 2 days off.. I listen my body, when I have pain, I change my routine (more soft).. Then when is ok, I turn back to my routine (Stretch, jelq, and a little bit “home made” pump). I am in my 4Th week and it’s ok! EQ not fall too much, it’s stable.. (I know, I am lucky by nature.. Like my nickname: “dicknature”! :P ) Most of time, I change technique, try another, etc. I am a experimental man! ;)
