The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My wife watched the youtube video and said it is 100% fake. She couldn’t imagine women going up to a stranger and touching their penis no matter how big.

Maybe she’s a little bit afraid that if my penis gets bigger, strange women will want to touch it. ( I already have one strange woman who touches my penis…….my wife of course )

Thanks for the recommendation. I was thinking after at least 2-3 months to move to hanging (depending on my rate of gains I guess). I have enough time in my day to manage 2-3 hours (hopefully more toward the 3 hours), but I also have all damned day (7-8 hours) to wear a low tension ADS, and the privacy to switch angles if needed.

BUT….

Moving to hanging means I have to tell the girlfriend. There’d be no other way. I know she’d support me, but still kind of awkward. I’ll cross that bridge when I get there I guess.


Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

All of my girlfriends had been told. The current one doesn’t approve because half the time she is in pain anyway but honestly they all were cool with it. You do NOT need to hang for 2-3 hours a day (what a waste of time!) just always be challenging yourself with higher weight as long as it is semi comfortable. I do 2 heavy sets a day, sometimes 3. I encourage ADS use, of course.

Good to hear (about the girlfriends and the hanging lol).

I plan to incorporate a TDP lamp (far infrared) once I start hanging to really penetrate my willy with lots of scrumptious heat to help those tissues and ligs deform like I know they can.

By the way, what ADS would you recommend? I was looking at a vac ads I saw on ebay, and the Autoxleeve things.

Did I miss something? (Serious question.) I thought that heavy hanging just conditioned your wang to be able to hang heavier weights.

All of my gains came from old school BIB style hanging.

No you did not miss something, I just seem to be in the smaller subgroup of guys that gains from less volume and more weight. My cord and shaft are so thick that 5 sets of medium weight literally does nothing, so I do 2-3 15 minute ones a day that are borderline uncomfortable. I also use a bib Iamaru.

I meant that I feel a lot of people hang for 2-3 hours a day and never really tax themselves. You should be SORE before the first set is over, then drop down a few lbs for the next.

By the way, what is your avatar? I’ve been wondering ever since I joined here like 4 years ago.

I’m hoping I don’t have to hang to get my 2” but whatever it takes. I doubt my rod could take a shit ton of weight though.

Oh and yeah, I’ve always wondered what his avatar was as well!

I can almost guarantee you won’t be hanging nearly as much as I have to. But hanging is an excellent source for length gains.
