Question about clamping
First of all, I’m a PE newbie and I won’t clamp in next at least 6 months, but I have some questions.
I see sets of 10 minutes are standard, 15 minutes being the maximum suggested time for clamping, everything beyond that being too dangerous. I tried manual clamping (with my thumb and index finger) after a regular PE workout for 30 seconds or so (out of curiosity) and my penis got pretty swollen with veins bulging everywhere. I’m sure the grip wasn’t too tight. Girth increased by 0.2” (temporary, of course). My point is, if that happens after only ~30 seconds, I can’t even imagine what would it look like after full 10 minutes. On to the question, would 3 sets of 3 minutes be better, equal or worse than 1 set of 9 minutes? I think I’d be afraid to clamp for 10 minutes.
Second question… Can you get permanent discoloration (at least slightly darker penis skin) from clamping? How effective are firegoat rolls in discoloration prevention?
