Question about clamping

Socks are GREAT for clamping.

Shoestring also.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

New questions…

1. I see people are talking how once you start gaining girth by clamping, it’s hard to gain any more length. So should I clamp before reaching my length goal?
2. My upper right side of penis is a bit thicker than lower right side, something like minor baseball bat effect (I’ve had this before I started PE). Can clamping fix this?

Clamping will give you more base girth, so it should correct it in theory.

You can still gain decent length after gaining girth, especially if you target the ligaments.


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

I guess I’ll have to see my progress after 6 months and then decided whether or not it’s time to clamp.

I clamp, jelq, and manual stretch and I’m gaining fairly regularly in all dimensions.

What order do you do this in? I believe the stretching should be first so that you can clamp and jelq blood into your penis in it’s stretched-out state.

No particular order. I have no scheduled routine but here’s a breakdown of my various exercises.

Morning/Evening - manual stretching in bed:
- lay on my side, stretch between my legs and over one bum cheek. 3-4 positions from the sit-bone, down the thigh. 3 sets each side.

Morning - manual stretching in the hot tub
- under-thigh stretches plus some straight-out and up stretches
- followed but a few jelqs in the hot tub to pump some blood back w/ some focused two-handed clamping against my left bend

After the hot tub I usually do some around-the-clock stretches which I always follow-up with dick-swinging and fire-rolls, then it’s clamping time! :)

1-3 sets of 5-10 minutes each while edging and some bends against my left hook. And if I’ve got really good pump at the end of a set I’ll sometimes click the clamp open one notch per minute and edge back to a full pump progressively until the clamp is off. I started with a significant baseball bat and feel this helps the base expand more under the clamped area.

All clamping sets are followed up with focuses two-handed clamping all along the shaft with extra time against the left-hook, plus firegoat rolls.

Then, throughout the day I’m constantly massaging my tool from the base of the ligs up to the just below the glans. I never let him turtle and always try to keep good circulation.

Great post. What are your starting and current stats, if I might ask? Also, how long have you been doing PE?

That sounds like a decent PE routine you have there. Do you have rest days? I personally don’t believe in rest days - I never feel like I push my dick enough. The only time I rest is if I have red spots that look suspiciously big.

I do have rest days from clamping but nothing scheduled. It’s usually because I don’t the the house to myself or I’m on a plane traveling for work.

Sorry, but I’ve never been good at keeping measurements. Mostly now because the act of measuring takes away my erection pretty quickly. :p

The best I can say is that at 17 yrs old I measured at 6” BPEL, but 6.25” along the curve. (serious left hook bending just above the base). I only measured my glans girth - 6”.

About 10 yrs ago I stumbled onto the idea - some from reading and others from personal theory - that stretching would increase length. So I began a limited on-and-off manual stretching routine. I would also manual clamp at the base when masturbating. I liked the full-expansion and the way it would make my glans incredibly swollen and hard.

Then at the beginning of this year I discovered TP and did some reading. I was happy to learn I was not crazy AND that there was hope for girth. I was shocked to learn that my base girth was 4.25”, midshaft 4.5”, but happy that my glans was still 6”. I was able to measure BPEL at 6.75” so I saw my years of manual stretching was paying off.

This lead me into a full-time PE routine. I add jelqing for about a month before then adding clamping. I didn’t feel like a total newbie since I’d been at it a bit for years. But I did need to be very careful with clamping at first. Now my dick’s a weathered vet and can take much more work. Plus I’m much more in tune with how it feels and when it can and cannot take more.

The last time I was able to measure I was happy to find 7.25” BPEL, 5.4” EG midshaft, 5.25” EG base, and 6.125” EG glans.
