I don’t know if this is true but,

Is it true that if you clamp a lot and get results, it’s harder for you to gain length?

Because I’ve been clamping for the last 2 weeks and I got a 1/2 inch bigger

However, length has been a problem.. ;(

Well, it seems to follow that something thicker is harder to stretch than something thinner. Which is why alot of people go for length first. You can actually gain a little length while clamping but this seems to be limited.
