Question About C-Grip Jelking

Hey Guys,

I’ve pretty much a newb at the moment. But I had one question:

I’ve been doing the C-Grip because it’s the most comfortable, but I’m confused about where I should be applying pressure. Do I apply it on the sides of the shaft or in the center? I read a couple of posts about trying not to damage your urethra and wanted to make sure I was doing it right.

Definitely the sides, you want to target the corpus cavernosas (check out penis anatomy for more detail). I have read that you want to avoid the top, especially the top middle (right behind glans) since that is a nerve, and the corpus spongiosum. Essentially, try to apply pressure to the CC as directly as possible. I would also recommend switching between C and overhand OK grips, since the variety would help growth. But do whatever gets you gains!

I think it’s important to consider too, that if what we’re doing is comfortable, we’re going to be more consistent, and see more gains.

Yeah I switched from OK to C-grip because I was experiencing burst capillaries.

It takes up to 5 days for these little fellas to clear up, preventing me from PE.

I hate missing out on my routine.

So yes for me, the C-grip is good, just not sure about switching to an OK grip on the underside just yet.

It might be a few more weeks, maybe even months before I’ll get away with it.
