Question about a PE routine

Hi guys, I’m new. I tried some of the basic exercises and it seems like I can’t do stretches because I can’t retract the foreskin below the penis head, so when I try to stretch I’m just dragging skin and not actually stretching the penis. Hence why my measurements stretched are the same as flaccid. I assume I can’t hang either due to the same problems as with stretching. Extenders will be the same. Clamping, erect squeezes and Ulis might be too advanced. So I was wondering if you guys got any suggestion to a routine? Right now it seems (in my eyes) that I can pretty much only do jelqs and kegels to get conditioned to more advanced exercises. I’d also like to mention that I got an EQ of 9 or maybe even 10. So a high EQ routine would be good. I’d also like to know what kind of goals would be realistic, I’m mainly going for girth anyways. :D

On a side note: I know how you can fix the foreskin and make it retractable so please don’t tell me about that. It’s a long process and I’m not starting that right now, but I wanna start PE.

First off you don’t have to retract the foreskin to stretch grip the penis just behind the head and then stretch, with the foreskin non retracted. As for exercises there’s the basic OK grip which is the most popular. As for results id say probably to gain a inch it takes anywhere from 6-12 months everyones different. If your main goal is to add girth then do OK grip and also girth bases exercises I believe there’s a exercise section on this site. Id recommend a website but turns out it no long is up. Girth usually takes longer then length, from personal experience I did PE for 2 months and didnt see results in girth until a took a 3 week break/rest then I seen 1/4 inch gain. So rest is needed.

How exactly do you expect me to get this grip? I can’t just grab below the head with foreskin covering it and try to stretch?

I am uncircumcised and I just stretch the skin anyway, I can feel it on the inner tissue so I know it’s working. However, what I used to do was to pull the skin back slightly so there was some slack in the skin when I pulled out. This made it harder to grip though.


I did 1 jelq, why am I not 12" yet.

Hm, I’ve tried everything when it comes to stretching, it just doesn’t work. It’s like my flaccid is 3”, BPFSL is 3.2” and BPEL is 6.3”. I just end up dragging just foreskin. I’ve tried to stretch it to the side, then I feel a stretch, but it’s just a stretch from where the skin of the penis connects to the fatpad if you know what I mean. So it’s a skin to skin stretch which is why I feel it, but my penis doesn’t get longer when I do it, which means I’m not really stretching the penis.

You don’t necessarily grab and stretch it 2 inches grip just below where the head is with a OK grip and pull forward,up,down what ever its not meant to stretch far also , you are stretching non erect right.

And your penis won’t always get longer after a stretch if it does it maybe like 0.5cm.

This is how I do it and I have gotten length. Just my opinion.
