Question about a PE routine
Hi guys, I’m new. I tried some of the basic exercises and it seems like I can’t do stretches because I can’t retract the foreskin below the penis head, so when I try to stretch I’m just dragging skin and not actually stretching the penis. Hence why my measurements stretched are the same as flaccid. I assume I can’t hang either due to the same problems as with stretching. Extenders will be the same. Clamping, erect squeezes and Ulis might be too advanced. So I was wondering if you guys got any suggestion to a routine? Right now it seems (in my eyes) that I can pretty much only do jelqs and kegels to get conditioned to more advanced exercises. I’d also like to mention that I got an EQ of 9 or maybe even 10. So a high EQ routine would be good. I’d also like to know what kind of goals would be realistic, I’m mainly going for girth anyways. :D
On a side note: I know how you can fix the foreskin and make it retractable so please don’t tell me about that. It’s a long process and I’m not starting that right now, but I wanna start PE.
