Quest for girth and ejaculatory control
I’ve known about PE for quite awhileand dabbled in it intermittently in the past with little success (admittedly due to lack of consistency and loss of interest). I am currently in a place in my life where im pretty balanced and am better at setting and achieving goals. With that said, I am planning on going on a quest to gain girth as well as complete ejaculatory control during sex. My stats are:
I have found my length to be sufficient and while i’ve never gotten any complaints girth wise, I wouldnt mind more. I wouldnt say I suffer from Pre-ejac (PE), because i’ve found that if I simply pause enough times, the excited feelings go away and I can go for quite a long time. However, having to pause intercourse 7-8 times after about 30 seconds of sex is annoying. I would also like to be able to have a “quickie” in a public place without making it TRULY a quickie of about 30 seconds. Basically I want to be in COMPLETE control of when I cum, and have the girth to never have those nagging doubts about size. These two things that I want to improve basically come down to a confidence issue. I want to be as confident as possible in all areas of my life, and even though I feel I am a good lover, I know there’s always room for improvement. :)
Here’s the gameplan:
10 minutes of jelqing/5 or 6 days a week. Increase time 2 minutes each week. Work up to 20 minutes (roughly 1-1.5 months of jelqing)
After 1-1.5 months jelqing, switch to clamping (air clamp maybe?). Again, start lower and increase gradually.
Any thoughts about this newbie routine/plan for progression?
As far as gaining complete control over my arousal and time untill feeling like I’m going to cum…my basic experience is that the BC muscle must be trained to RELAX. If it is squeezed (voluntarily or involuntarily), the urge to cum is much greater. I know that if you squeeze the muscle at the exact moment before orgasm, you can prevent it and go longer, but I find this hard to master. Simply pausing at the “point of no return” a few times accomplishes the same thing for me without the need to kegel every day and squeeze at a precise moment. However, the fact that I have to pause so early in sex is annoying to me. I think simply masterbating while focusing on keeping the BC muscle relaxed is what needs to be done. Hopefully doing this consistently enough will train me to at least last a few minutes before needing to pause, however it would be nice to have complete mastery when I reach “that point”.
