My current BPEL = 6 14/16 to 7 Inches.
The Goal!? 9 8/16 Inches
I’m happy with my size, but if it grows.. Might as well make it huge!
The Method?

Manual Stretching Only!!
How?
Sets of 5 minutes.
15 second holds each stretch. Up,Out and Down get 15 second per hand.
Example:
30 seconds Up, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Out, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Down, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Out, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Up, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.

No jelqing. I have a huge dorsal vein, about the width of the tip of my pinky. Makes me worry to harm my penis with Jelqs.
I kegel thru the day. No holds. Just reps after reps.
I’m very orgasmic and have pretty much no refactory period at all.
I don’t feel the need to PE, but if it works it works.
Time period of test? No clue. I started, but I’m measuring my BPEL daily to see my true size.
Sets per day? I’m doing two, if I miss A day, I make it up the next day.
The real test will start on January, which I will be doing 4 sets per day, every day. No rest.
By then I should have a more accurate BPEL measurement.
One question, should I hit the Down more than the Up? Maybe one month Up and the next Down?
