My current BPEL = 6 14/16 to 7 Inches.
The Goal!? 9 8/16 Inches
I’m happy with my size, but if it grows.. Might as well make it huge!

The Method?

Warm shower
And
Manual Stretching Only!!

How?

Sets of 5 minutes.
15 second holds each stretch. Up,Out and Down get 15 second per hand.

Example:

30 seconds Up, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Out, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Down, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.
15 seconds to the Left.
15 seconds to the Right.
30 seconds Out, 15 seconds with left hand, 15 seconds with right hand.

No jelqing. I have a huge dorsal vein, about the width of the tip of my pinky. Makes me worry to harm my penis with Jelqs.
I kegel thru the day. No holds. Just reps after reps.
I’m very orgasmic and have pretty much no refactory period at all.

I don’t feel the need to PE, but if it works it works.

Time period of test? No clue. I started, but I’m measuring my BPEL daily to see my true size.
Sets per day? I’m doing two, if I miss A day, I make it up the next day.

The real test will start on January, which I will be doing 4 sets per day, every day. No rest.
By then I should have a more accurate BPEL measurement.

One question, should I hit the Down more than the Up? Maybe one month Up and the next Down?

I have been missing some days now, so I’m doing extra on some days to stay on route.

It does feel weird tho, like fatigued or something. I’m only stretching. No jelquing.

Even if I want some girth I will not do jelqs at the moment because of my vein.
I should go check it out some day. It doesent hurt or anything it’s been there forever.
But it’s weird as I can feel the blood rush if I put my finger slightly on it, is that normal?

The newbie routine is pretty much 15 of work a couple of times a week, and it ”works” for most people.
Hopefully my 10-20 minutes of stretching a day, everyday, brings me results.

Still measuring to get an exact BPEL. It’s still just as my signature says I can get from 6 14/16 to 7 Inches all in the same ”session”, while I rub it to porn. Girth is average near 5 inches, but haven’t measured much so I won’t put it till then.

‘It works for most people’ - I see your routine looks similar to Bennet8’ routine and he is probably the biggest gainer ever, so yes don’t be discouraged if you can’t use anything else than your hands, whatever the reason.

A big veins isn’t per se a problem, I’d add at least a short and mild session of jelqs 2 on/1off in your pants. Just a thought.

Marinera, even tho I want the girth I’m going for length first, fully. I don’t think I need the length but well I guess a bit more would be fine. I read it could be harder to get it later on if I had girth gains. Might as well get it first, no? Then later I could just lower my stretches and focus mainly on girth, I am thinking.

I’m a little behind schedule but making it back up as I go. I missed some days so I am doing 20 minutes each day when I do PE to make up the lost time.

The base of my penis is sore most of the time, but erection quality has been well. I’m still getting morning wood often and sometimes ”out-of-nowhere” semi-erections.

This does make your penis feel quite different, that’s for sure. My erections are great but they feel different. Maybe because my base is sore?

Also, When I stretch I grab my penis with my whole hand and when doing the side stretches I do not pull straight to they side but I bend my penis as it feels like a stronger pull. Like, if I stretch to the right, my gland does not aim to the right but out and to the right. Not sure if it will help, but it felt ”right” to do them like that. Some times when I stretch up, I do the same too, so the gland ends up looking out and up instead of straight up. Also, when I stretch, my penis is a bit full of blood, not totally flaccid. It feels better to stretch that way. Call it a chubby, not hard just fuller than flaccid.

Given that you have health concerns about your vein a hot bath or shower is absolutely the best way to be stretching. I would add in some massage amongst the stretching for health. Part of the reason for jelqing is girth, but part is health and synergy with the stretching. Being in a hot shower and massaging amongst the stretching will give you a safe jelqing alternative for the health and synergy.

Consider posting a dick pick of that vein so the guys can (probably) tell you if it is a problem. Injuries / Treatments

When I stretch I don’t try to stop. If it feels weak I just squish it a few times right on the falling warm water and continue. I also masturbate my way to an erection after I’m done. Five more minutes and I’m done for this month, my first month on the routine.
