Alright, it’s January! Happy New Years!

Now, I’m not sure if I should progress my routine extra slowly, 15 Minutes per day everyday or 20 Minutes per day everyday.
So far I went with the 15 Minutes.

So what do you guys think?
And should this routine increase my Flaccid also? Would stretching down more instead of up more help with that?
Right now I stretch up twice per set, 5 minutes. At start and at end. Should I switch it?

I read before that BTC stretching, stretching down, is a lig stretch. Fowfers are also down stretches and that’s recommended for flaccid length increases. Stretching up or BTS is for erect length, correct?

I decided to go with the 15 minutes per day, didn’t change my routine.

I don’t really feel much of a change other than sometimes I have crazy EQ!
And sometimes I feel like I have a nicer flaccid, considering that I smoke, I do notice.

No jelquing, just stretching. I’ll probably continue for 3 months total and measure then. If no change ill have to try something else.

Today is the end of Week #5 on my routine.
