Quad Support Extender

Been using an extender for a month or so. I have to take it off every 45 mins to an hour cause my glans get cold and numb. Using the comfort strap with padding.

I saw the quad support for the X4 but its like a $160 add on. Seems like way too much money for a piece of plastic. I want to get one but don’t want to waste that much money. Two questions:

1) Anyone have one and think its worth it?
2) Anyone sell a generic version?
