Purchased the x4labs extender- looking for guidence from vets

A little info.

My penis is not small erect(6.5in) but I would like to achieve 7.5- 8 inches.

Do the Penis Extenders work when used consistently? Would you all recommend supplementing with other exercises?

Finally I see a newbie routine- haven’t quite read it yet- but I’m looking to gain at least an inch in 4 months.
Dedication is not a problem. I’m an amateur body builder (245pounds lean) so I can dedicate myself to this and I will as I want a bigger penis.

Hi Schwell. There are a ton of threads on extenders, just do a search and you’ll have the answer.

I’d say for the first months just do the newbie routine. The attitude ‘I have to gain X inches in Y months’ is not the best. 1” is a lot of cock, seriously.

Extender is good but hard to find proper alone time. Atleast for me, I work all the time…


Start date: 11/10/03 BPEL: 5.8 (5 13/16) EG:5.3 (5 6/16)

Current: 12/06/07 BPEL: 6.25 (6 4/16) EG: 5.50 (5 8/16)

Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.75 - Numero Uno Papi Chulo

Ok I’m looking at ADS obviously I wouldn’t start with ADS but would like to work up to it. If I do ADS or even if I just use the extender for 4-6 hours a day do I HAVE. To jelq? Thank you all so much for your time and help.

Extenders do work good but, if used alone I would push your goal out another 4 to 8 months. Maybe more. Start a newbie routine, set a small goal and don’t worry about the tape measure for the first month or two. Just concentrate on your routine.

I think jelqing is just good for your overall penis health. I think even guys not doing PE should do it. It can’t hurt to give yourself about 10 minutes of jelq time a day.


Starting: NBPEL: 6.25 EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 EG: 5.5

So where can I find a good routine? I am ready to get this show on the road just point me that way and I will read up. I plan on using extender for 6-8 hours a day. And doing my routine

From my experience.didn’t work me, after wearing the device for a couple of months. Plus, before I reached 6 months it was broken, I lost 200$.

They do work just not in a couple of months. I have around 2000 hours logged on mine and an inch in gains(conservatively) from that. It is a long time, I know. Maybe I’m a slow gainer or maybe it is because I wear it exclusively SO. Alot of people have faster gains with ADS but, it does take time.

I have been using the X-4 for a while now and overall I think its a good product when used in combination with pumping or clamping. I like to jelq then pump or clamp and then follow with the x-4 for a few hours. After I started using it in combination with the other exercises I noticed I was staying visibly larger for a longer amount of time (I’ve been avoiding measuring so I can’t give exact growth). My only complaint with the X-4 is I have to stay relatively still while wearing it or it will slide off unless I excessively tighten the comfort strap and then its easy to cut off circulation without realizing it. I don’t believe it would do much at all by its self but like I said I do feel it has defiantly helped.
