I’m not new to PE, I’ve done it on and off for a few years and I’m taking my routine in another direction.

I just bought my first pump from LA Pump, I’ve seen and heard so many good things from pumping I’m determined to make a routine part of my success.

Would anyone here, or has anyone here also experimented wearing an ADS when they’re not pumping?

Manual stretches and Jelqs are the rest of my workout, but I feel an ADS might help as well to help my pumping gains be more than girth.

Thoughts?

Whether pumping gains target girth or length is probably mostly to do with cylinder size. If you used gprent’s sizing advice, you’ll initially be targeting girth more but as you begin to pack, you will target length more. The consensus here is towards low pressure pumping, though people have also registered gains at higher pressure. Probably following pumping 101 by mixing jelqing and pumping, rather than just pumping at the end of a manual routine will be of most benefit.

I think you can probably separate the ADS from the pumping. There are many people who believe that staying in a lengthened state after a routine via ADS helps. I’m not sure I’ve seen enough results to confirm this hypothesis but maybe someone will jump in with their experience. It could be worth adding the pumping and seeing how that works in your routine before considering adding ADS.

I know pumping works both girth and length but I figured the ADS might pack some additional benefit.

I had been pumping for about two years and gained about 1/2 inch in girth but had gained little or nothing in the way of girth until I added an extender. Two years later after a brief 3 months of hanging, about a year of regular ADS work with weight (1,5 to 2 lbs) and averaging about 3 hours a day in the extender I had gained about 3/4 inch in length and another 1/4 inch in girth (still pumping).

did you do the pumping the same day as the extending? can you detail a little bit the procedure/routine.

I think extending can accompany pumping rather nicely as the fibers in the tunice get stretched 3d so to speak..

I normally do my extending in bed during the night and usually follow my last extender session with a 20 minute 5 hg session while taking my morning shower. About once or twice a week I increase the time to 45 seconds at 4 hg.

When I first get in bed at night I do 30 to 40 minutes of manual stretching and jelqing before mounting the extender for an hour or so session. As an older guy, I usually wake up several times during the night and sneak in another 1 to 1.5 hours of extending. I have been known to doze off and get in 2 or 2.5 hours. It should be noted, however, I am using a VacExtender mod and wake up regularly during the night.
