Pumping vs. Hanging

I have read many posts on both, but I have not found a single post that offers a comparison between the two different PE methods in terms of results. My question is this:

In regards to permanance and gains achieved, does anyone know which method is generally accepted as being more effective?

Also, is hanging too ambitious for a newbie even in moderation?


I think it’s completely a personal call. Guys who hang have had good gains and guys who pump have also. My guess is that hanging might cement better than pumping by itself, although pumping combined with a sensible jelking/stretching, etc. exercise program works, too.

Try to figure out which would work best with your personal time constraints. Whatever you choose, make this fun - because you are going to be at it for awhile. There is no Big Dick Fairy.
