Pumping + Traction

I’d like to hear anyone’s experience with long term pumping and traction…

What was your routine, and how much did you gain in both girth and length?

What type of traction device did you use?

Right now I’m using a rod based system while at home, and phallosan while going out.

I’m averaging about 6 hours - 9 hours a day, and pumping anywhere from 15 to 30 mins, 1-2 times daily at about 5hg. I’ve been doing this for about 2 -3 months with no results yet.

That volume of work is absurd.

An extender can get you gains alone at 4-6 hours of use. I don’t know what your force graduation was to get to 5hg but that is plenty of force for a solo routine given your injury history. That combination and your injury leave me befuddled at your continued aggressive tactics.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

The phallosan uses very low traction. So it’s very easy to clock in 8 hours of usage. It also suggests 7-9 hours. So I’m using it according to the instructions.

5 hg is just below the point to where i get the little red dots. That was the suggested use by the manufacturer. I’m using a medical grade pump.

Also it’s probably a little less than 5hg. I have to Time the pump, and i have pupic hair which causes some leakage from the pump. So it’s likely more around 3-4hg.

It is a well-known fact that manufacturers do not actually know how much time to use with their products. As almost none do real testing. They pick a group and keep experimenting until they find success. No set of instructions covers all shapes, sizes, injury histories or fragile natures, especially penis related matters.

Better question. If you bought a set of weights would you follow a random work out enclosed in the box or follow advice from a trainer to get your body fit?

I’ve had two extenders and a phallosan. I’m well aware of how they work. I do not change what I said.

As a matter of fact my second question is simple. If you are so sure what you’re doing is proper, why start a thread at all?

I am asking about peoples experience with traction and pumping. That was the reason for starting this thread.

As far as my own experience, I have been following the instructions and tried to mimic what was done in the clinical studies as far as traction goes.

I think I’ll simply withdraw. My apologies. I wish you the best of luck.

Hopefully others with similar experiences will chime in, though pumping and traction isn’t a combo I’ve seen but maybe 2 others try.

Thanks regardless for your input. Much appreciated.

If you’re a newbie and this is your starting routine, it’s way, way too much. I’d say you’re due for a break and re-think your approach.

Mind me asking how you find the Phallosan in terms of comfort and ease of use (time to get on/off, etc.)?

I’m considering it as a supplemental ADS when I start hanging again in January, but it seems to be very pricey and I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I might use an Xleeve instead and rather focus on getting in some good manual stretches throughout the day.

During the first five years, I pumped for twenty minutes a day at 5 hg, twice a day. It took about 9 months before I started to see girth gains. A year after I started pumping, I got an X4 extender to which I added a VacExtender mod kit because I had a major slippage problem. I then added about 3.5 hours a day in the extender, 5 - 6 days a week and after a year gained about 1/4 inch in EL At the five year mark, I had gained about one inch in both length and girth.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Comfort is next to none. Seriously comfortable, but if you’re long it tends to sit on your hip which hurts. Using a Sock wrapped around the ring helps move it away from the hip though.

It’s not very noticeable with the right clothing.

I’ve been pumping since September with no gains at all. Around 3-5 hg. I pump and expand and hold for about 1 min then release.

Was that how you were doing the routine?

Are the girth gains more than just temporary expansion?

I’ve been doing PE for 9 months and have gained about .375 inches of length to .5. Maybe .1 of girth, but that is negligible and probably chalked up to EQ. Not quite a newbie but still new enough.

What would you suggest as far as times? And have you had any experience with these two methods?

I have never used a traction or ADS device, but I have started water pumping recently with very good results in girth. I have done PE inconsistently for 3+ years and only recently started pumping. I gained 1/4 inch in girth very quickly. I hypothesize that my dick was well-conditioned by the time I started pumping, and the vacuum from pumping quickly “unlocked” some of the girth gains that I had been working towards for a long time. I have nothing but intuition to back this up, but that’s what I’m going with.

Start 12/20/13: BPEL: 5" MSEG: 3.8"

As of 03/18: BPEL: 6.5" MSEG: 4.5"

Goal: 7.5 x 5.5.
