Am I supposed to be able to pack so soon? I’ve only had 11 sessions. For my first 7 sessions I did 3 15 minute sets. Then I moved on to 20 min sets. The first 4 were with a 2.25” tube which I found was too big. The rest were in a 2 inch tube. Starting at session 6 I started wrapping the tube in a heated hot pad. Before session 5 I never went above 3.75 Hg. After session five, but before session 9 I never went above 5 Hg. After session 9, I have been able to “peak” at 8 Hg. Still during my first set I don’t go above 3.75, the second set I start at 3.75 and don’t go past 6. The third set I start at 5 and peak and hold at higher pressures for about 4 to five minutes.
First 20 min set: Spend first 10 mins slowly working up to 3.75, reset tube to 0 Hg, one minute rest, then back up to 3.75
2 MINUTE BREAK
Second 20 min set: Start at 3.75 and spend 10 mins working up to 5 Hg, reset tube to 0 Hg, one minute rest, then back up to 3.75 and work way up to 6.

Third 20 min set: Start at 5 Hg and reach 6 Hg after a minute, hold this for 4 minutes. Reset tube to 0 Hg, rest one minute. Start at 6 Hg and reach 7 Hg after one minute, hold this for 4 mins. Reset tube to 0 Hg, rest one minute. Start at 6.25 Hg and reach 7.25 Hg after one minute, hold this for 4 minutes. Reset tube to 0 Hg, rest one minute. Start at 5 Hg and peak at 8 Hg after a minute, hold 2 mins, back down to 5 Hg for 30 secs, back up to 8 after 30 secs and hold for 2 mins
WRAP PENIS WITH HEATING PAD FOR 3 to 5 minutes.
I do stretching in an extender 3 hrs day, 4 times a week in 90 min sets @ about 1200 g force but have now backed down to 4 hrs a day, every day in 2 hr sets @ about 900 g force. I do 22 strokes with a power jelq mainly to get blood flowing back after each extending session. I pump after the second extender/jelq set
Might I also add that I do not get the donut effect and I feel perfectly fine whilst pumping (no pain or tingling, just that pleasant pressure feeling)
