I’m new to the PE and I had a quick look on this site and found something I didn’t know. Pumping.. Has anyone tried to get results from pumping only? Or combine with a bit of jelq before (couple of hundreds)?
I’d like to focus on girth because my length suits me and I wondered if that could do the trick. If you have any other advice for girth I am listening!
Last question: Does it matter if you do your routine in the morning or in the evening?
