Pumping every day?

Hi Guys,

I would of posted this in the pumping forum but my account does not meet the requirements to do that.

I am currently air pumping with heat one day on, one day off for around 20 minutes followed up by some jelqing.

I have previous experience with jelqing but I’ve only been pumping for around a month. I’ve seen modest temporary gains.

My question then to those more experienced in PE and pumping, would I actually be better doing this every day rather than every other day? Is there any reason to take rest days as frequently as I am doing?

If possible I would like to speed up the process a bit, if that means PE every day then that’s fine with me but I wanted to check before jumping in.

Pumping every day just gets to be too much as there is not enough healing time. There are countless varieties of routines like 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, etc, but the one that works best for me, is the one you are doing now and that is 1 on 1 off, or every other day. So I would say just stick with what you are doing and be patient and consistent.

I gained most of my girth pumping twice a day (am and pm) 5 days a week. Days off according the to my daily schedule of other activities.

I believe Gprent mentioned to let your EQ be your guide.

I forgot to comment. You have been pumping for only a month? You are still in the infant stage. Think more in terms of 1 year increments.

When I first started I would try to pump M-F I always felt fine and never felt any sort of pain from it but I think I wasn’t conditioned enough yet because it caused Pre-E problems I think. Also I started to see real gains once I added manuals into the mix after my first 3 months or so.

Mainly for recovery reasons. Part or most of the growth tend to happen while we rest (depends on what theory do you believe at).

Pumping every day could keep the presence of some edema, for most of the time, because you ain’t taking enough time to rest or to your body flush down the edema. As soon as you take few days off, all that temporary expansion could be going away, quite quickly.

Unfortunately, in PE world, there is no considerable “speed up the process” thing, it is years and years hustle for every practitioner.

I think I will stick with one day on one day off for the time being.

A few extra questions if you don’t mind.

How long should I be jelqing for after a pumping session? Are there any other manual exercises I could/should be doing after a pumping session?

How about post session masturbation? I find it difficult to resist the urge to masturbate after a session, is this good or bad?

It all depends on how you feel after the exercise and the next days. Start low and and increase/decrease if needed. With pumping trying to keep the edema/puffyness low is good.

Jelqing after pumping is a good combo. Start with some light jelqs and increase from there slowly.

Edging/mast. after the exercise is good as it “fills in” the space you expanded before. Cumming everyday isnt good imo.

You just have to be careful about not going overboard and you have to be the best judge of that.

I’ve heard getting off after your workouts can have up to 1/3 of an effect on your gains. Honestly I see better results when I don’t get off. You could probably do 2 on 1 off to help maybe “speed up” but be careful with that mentality it can easily lead to injury.

I have been wrapping with elastic bandage after pumping sessions to maintain the stretched length. I start wrapping under the head tight enough to hold but not cut of circulation. I can wear this for hours comfortably and I really feel it has contributed to the half inch in gains that I’ve seen lately.

I also believe in rest as a key to growth. Get a good “workout” in and then rest it. I once PE’d for two month straight (water pumping, jelqs, wrapping) with little changes and then took a month off due to schedule and when I started back I had gained a quarter inch of growth!

I’m sticking with my one day on one day off for pumping but how about jelqing? Would it be beneficial to do this every day?

Yes, jelqing is almost always recommended to be done daily.
