4 months in. Solid gains in the first 5-6 weeks. Plateau’d since basically.

Just bough a bathmate pump which I like so far. Gives me good expansion.

I have an aggressive goal of getting to 7.5” NBPEL and 6.5” MSEG in the next year to 18 months or so.

Newbie workout for 3 mths religiously + implementing some Horse440’s into my routine in the last 3 weeks or so has my dick very well conditioned.

I have been flirting with the idea of adding some clamping into my routine and adjusting my routine to look essentially like the following. I will keep the community updated with my progress and will be the first to let you know that safety is my main priority. I listen to my penis as best I can and try not to overdue it.

Here is what my new routine will look like effective Monday.

5 mins hot wrap
Stretches: Down, Left, Right, Up, Straight out. 2 sets
5 minute clamp
3 min hot wrap
1 more set of all direction stretches + 3 min BTC stretch
Get in shower.
5 min pump. Take off. 30-40 jelqs
5 min pump. Take off. 30-40 jelqs
5 min pump. Take off. 100 jelqs
Cool down with some gentle massaging, helicopter twirls, slapping penis against leg, and some light penis pulls.

My EQ has taken a bit of a hit as my gains have come. I attribute this to Iguana’s and Remek’s TGC Theory - which I am a strong supporter of - essentially, my tunica has stretched out a bit, and my smooth muscle tissue inside my CC need some time to grow with it. On this basis, I try to stetch as much as possible, and do my jelqs at 60-70% erection level as my flaccid stretch is about 7.1” and my BPEL is 6.7” right now.

I say try it for a couple of weeks and see how you feel, my own experience of combining pumping with jelqing was that doing them

Back to back was too much, I now do them on alternate days and pump for longer sessions at lower pressure, ie 30 to 60mins,

This is working out better for me, when I tried clamping it just crashed my eq but everyone’s different I guess.

thanks Capernicus… if I can ask - what kind of results are you having with PE in general? (ie. starting stats and current)

I’ll be honest until recently not great, been at it seriously for 14 months straight now and only started to see gains in the last 2 or 3,

I tried pe before about 10 years ago and got about 1/4 inch girth gain with jelqing for about 3 months so I had some faith it would work

But stopped for various reasons,

This time around I’ve been trying mostly pumping mainly because I liked the idea of it and it seemed kind of easy , what can I say, it’s been a

Steep learning curve and frustrating and great fun sometimes all three at once haha.

I recently took 2 weeks of and after the break was surprised to see some of what I thought where temporary gains actually seem pretty permanent,

Thats about 1/2 inch length and an inch base girth with 100% eq

It was advice from Gprent that made the difference, he said some stuff about staying well below your trauma levels which really struck a chord, I’d say

For the first year I was pumping at way too much pressure,

Since then it’s low pressure all the way and finally I’m getting results, I can’t tell you how many times I nearly gave up though.

damn… So how would you recommend entering your pump? Erect or not so much?

I’m my experiance it makes very little difference,

The trick is to bring the pressure up slowly and try and get a good natural erection as opposed to one brought on by the pump

The sensation is quite different and the results are much better.

If you have a good imagination then great but otherwise get the porn on !

I found the minute I decided I had to go in erect I couldn’t get hard, haha stupid brain .

You’ll find there’s a sweet spot with pumping which is a balance between a good erection and just enough pressure, when you hit it it feels

Amazing, as though your just stretching bigger and bigger,

Too little pressure and you won’t expand, too much will just feel like a pulling sensation, and if you pump with a semi you’ll mostly just get fluid build up

Rather than stretching.

iGrow - this is just my opinion and I’m by NO means an expert…

But I think the routine you have written out up above is too “involved.” I don’t mean too much, by the way.

Basically, I think that’s too many different exercises all balled-up into one routine. The problem with that approach is, if you start making some gains, how would you REALLY know which exercise was causing the gains? Sure, it could be a giant mixture of all of them, but I think it would be more likely that one or possibly two of the exerices were working.

You want to try both clamping and pumping. I think you should try one or the other seperately for awhile and then evaluate your results. You MAY find that you only need one of them to reach your goals.

thanks for all the input guys! I took Gator’s advice and amended my routine so I’m not cramming everything into one workout.

Instead, one day I wake up and clamp for 10-15 mins, while edging the whole way through, then I take it off, edge for 5-10 more mins and cum
The next day, I wake up, do the routine as stated in the initial post (minus the clamping) and jump in the shower and pump for 2 sets of 7-8 mins each.

In less than 2 weeks, I have gained size in both length and girth.

I am now, 6.8” BPEL, 6.3” NBP, with girth of 5.9”. (Up from 6.6” : 6.1” : 5.8”)

My gf is aware of my PE, and she mentioned i feel bigger in her mouth when she gives me head.
