Pumping & Clamping??
4 months in. Solid gains in the first 5-6 weeks. Plateau’d since basically.
Just bough a bathmate pump which I like so far. Gives me good expansion.
I have an aggressive goal of getting to 7.5” NBPEL and 6.5” MSEG in the next year to 18 months or so.
Newbie workout for 3 mths religiously + implementing some Horse440’s into my routine in the last 3 weeks or so has my dick very well conditioned.
I have been flirting with the idea of adding some clamping into my routine and adjusting my routine to look essentially like the following. I will keep the community updated with my progress and will be the first to let you know that safety is my main priority. I listen to my penis as best I can and try not to overdue it.
Here is what my new routine will look like effective Monday.
5 mins hot wrap
Stretches: Down, Left, Right, Up, Straight out. 2 sets
5 minute clamp
3 min hot wrap
1 more set of all direction stretches + 3 min BTC stretch
Get in shower.
5 min pump. Take off. 30-40 jelqs
5 min pump. Take off. 30-40 jelqs
5 min pump. Take off. 100 jelqs
Cool down with some gentle massaging, helicopter twirls, slapping penis against leg, and some light penis pulls.
My EQ has taken a bit of a hit as my gains have come. I attribute this to Iguana’s and Remek’s TGC Theory - which I am a strong supporter of - essentially, my tunica has stretched out a bit, and my smooth muscle tissue inside my CC need some time to grow with it. On this basis, I try to stetch as much as possible, and do my jelqs at 60-70% erection level as my flaccid stretch is about 7.1” and my BPEL is 6.7” right now.
