Hello I have a Question over penis entlargment. My Train Looks like 30 min Streching in all locations then 30 min jelqing And 20 min Pump the Pump Hg goes every Day higher I Pump on 7 hg . Is this Method Good?? I Want so this so Long this Year Ends And then I Want do more Sets first week 2 x 3 hg And every Day higher then in 2 Weeks 3 x 3 hg And every Day higher with 1-2 days off ADd 5-6 days on then I Want make a One hanger And Take ist for every Day 20 min And every Week more Sets And higher weights Is it Good or Is the higher varianz to Speedy ?? What have you done what fir Hains you have And what you think over my plane you experience And PE ?

Unless you have been doing PE for a long time, you are massively overtraining. You will toughen the tissues of your penis so fast with a routine like that that nothing will make them grow!

You should do the absolute minimum you can while still getting gains. That way you keep making gains for a long time. Start with the Important Newbie Threads/Info.

Okay what do you thik about that? When I make my train like so before and I make 1 day train 1 day off like bodybuilding ?? Or do you think is better when I make 2 days off now and then I start with the newbie routine?

If you are gaining OK with what you are doing now, that’s OK. You may be a ‘more is more’ type person. Is LESS more, or is MORE more?

Make sure you use heat - do a proper warm up. If you can, it would be good to split your routine and do the pumping a few hours after the stretching and jelqing, but keep the pressure low 3 to 4 Hg. I would go with 2 days on, 1 day off.

Read the PI thread and make sure your PI’s are good; if they are not, take more rest or cut back on the routine. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I have read the pis and maybe I have good train and I’m now overtrained with negativ pis and when I get recovery for 2 days or more then my erections and normal hanging size come back and I have growth a little bit. I hope that I not overtrained so much that I have nothing grow and negativ pis

I have now recovery 2 days And I have growen 0.8 inch in 3 weeks. I’m from 6 inch to 6.8 inch. I Hope I’m a fast grower. When Iam at 7.5 I will upload my First Start pic And the Progress my Goal Is 9 inch Maybe I Hope it goes fast
