Current routine is to pump 10 minutes while kegeling then edge with a cock ring for 5 minutes, then repeat for 4 or more sessions. My pressure stays at around 5 or under. I had some issues before with pinching and positioning but the universal silicone sleeve really solved that perfectly. Pumping is now fun and feels ridiculously good. My issue is simple, although I look and feel thicker and have stronger erections, I am not actually bigger - even right out the pump (measured). I will admit that I do not and cannot jelq because it immediately kills my dick (so I have to avoid); and that my pumping has not been consistent at all.

I am into pumping for permanent gains but I am more interested in the temporary gains that I cannot seem to get. I see guys pump and get huuuuge right after and can keep the “pump” for a few hours with a cock ring. (Literally seen videos.)

What am I doing wrong?

What do you think of my routine? What can I add or do differently? Clamping? Really just want girth right now.

How can I get massive temporary gains with the pump that I can sustain for about 12 hours? That is really really important for me right now.

Your routine seems fine to me. My only thought is that the sleeve is preventing your dick from expanding enough to generate growth.

Not really I still get pretty big IN THE TUBE. Appears the same as without the sleeve. This sleeve is really well designed and in any case I could always go higher pressure to compensate for any ‘loss of power’.

You haven’t commented on how to get a big temporary pump that can last a few hours? How do I do that?

Also how much longer should I wait to add clamping? Because I really can’t jelq but I don’t think pumping alone is enough.

How long have you been at pumping?

I ask those separately because when i first started PE I couldn’t get temporary gains for anything when I pumped. It took ages to actually see swelling outside of the tube.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Each guy responds differently to pumping. When I started, I pumped for twenty minutes per session and got a nice plump dick which lasted for an hour. You might want to consider longer sessions.

Been ridiculously inconsistent for maybe a year. Too inconsistent to expect permanent gains to be honest. Tried jelqing a few times, always ends in disaster. Pumping is amazing though. Longer sessions and consistency are something to consider for permanent gains.

I suppose when those guys get really big they are hitting high pressures and swelling off lymph/fluid build up. That being said does anyone have such a routine, so that I can attempt it safely?

There are no straight answers. You’ve been too inconsistent for me to offer much more than cautious advice. This is how that works. I asked what you’ve done so I had an idea what to say.

If you want to pump, you can. But I did not get results from pumping that lasted after the session for 3 years. It only seemed to last after I got decently conditioned and reached a larger girth. But…there is no linear answer. Period. If you haven’t been consistent a high pressure routine would probably end in disaster. A pump is a very easy device to abuse and get hurt.

As far as clamping, you have to try it yourself. Try with an 80% erection for 5 minutes, make sure you have a cushion and proper sized clamp. No one can answer these questions. It is your penis, your size and your conditioning. If I gave you my answers it would only apply if you were the exact same size as me and did the same exact things that I did back then. So…really a moot point.

You’ll serve yourself better reading up, actually being consistent and finding out exactly what your penis can bear for yourself. I can’t tell you; it isn’t my penis.

I am not a consistant clamper so I don’t feel qualified to answer your timing question with regard to clamping.

I did consistantly pump twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg, five days a week over a five year period and gained over 1” in girth. Accordingly, I only feel comfortable advising you on pumping.
