I started using an extender about 2 days ago, should I use a pump to speed up the process?

I’m not sure there’s enough information here to give an actual answer…but every time I’ve heard “to speed up the process” in regards to PE it’s usually a bad idea.

Extenders are primarily for length, and a very slow process requiring a lot of time. Pumping is primarily for girth, and although temporary gains are noticeable immediately, the translation to permanent girth gains could be very slow.

Have you done a few months of the newbie routine? If not, it is an excellent place to start.
