Pump Weight Hanging effective?

Pump and Weight Hanging effective?

From what I gather, it seems the two very effective methods for growth is:

Length: Weight hanging
Girth: Pump

I am 4.75” and my goal is at least 6”.

My question is for anyone with experience or good understanding with PE is.. Will I be able to get results over time with JUST these two methods? I am fully dedicated.

Do your research. Go slow and steady.

I also always recommend a very good extender before you do anything if you have the time and money.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Thank you. I’ve read the routines and fairly confident that these two methods alone will work. Any improvement (even millimeters) will be a big change.

I see that many members have their stats show up at the bottom of their posts. What I don’t understand is that so many members here are already large and want to get ridiculously big. You started at 7” (which statistically you’re already in the 99th percentile of the human male population) as with so many other members. I rarely see anyone start with 4-5” and these are the guys who really should be using PE.

So I will be using Bath-mate X20 almost everyday for 20 minutes
And 10-12 hours a week with weights.

I will make my own hanging weights, here’s my design

If you have not done any other kind of pe do not start off the bat with just hanging and pumping. You are bound to injure yourself without having a better understanding as to what your penis can take and how it will react to pe at all. Start with the newbie routine, you will not regret it.

Pumping alone is hit or miss for people, some gain without additional exercises while other do not.
Hanging is considered an advanced technique and should only be done after months of manual exercises under your belt. During those months you are bound to make gains.

These forums are littered with the full range of sizes my friend, from modest to large and we all have our own reasons for enlargement, all of which are equally valid.

I believe you can achieve your goal with manuals only.

Then read this > Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Guys that start smaller like yourself are the ones that have the biggest gains, and you probably might achieve it maybe in 1 to 2 years.

Don’t bother with buying stuff now, learn about your penis and do the manual exercise that you will be fine.
