Pump vs. Hot wrap
I don’t think this has been discussed before but I could be wrong.
My question is this:
Instead of using a hot wrap when warming up before PE, could you use a vacuum pump filled with warm/hot water and applied at a lowish pressure for the same amount of time.
I have done this for a few days, mainly because I find wraps very boring and this way more fun….but am I going to get the same benefit compared to using the warm wrap?
If anyone has any experience/knowledge on this subject it would be great to hear.
