Hi every one I’m ready to start my program and I’ve been doing the Newbie routine for a little over a month and now I want to take it up a notch should I start hanging or pumping If my main goal is to get longer or can I do both ?

I would go with hanging.

Do both, a well rounded routine is always best.

If you’ve got time to do both properly then do both. Why scrimp??

Just be careful and don’t overdo it, make sure you get plenty of rest time.
