I am a newbie for the most part. With so many different reviews I decided to go with an X 4 extender and the Bathmate X30.

I started using the extender as I got it first. I like it so far and have seen some EQ increase and maybe a small amount of length. My erections definitely look a bit more meaty. I have been using it for 5 weeks 5 days a week for 6 to 10 hours.

I just got the X30 and I need some advice. My first session was less than impressive. I have undersized testicles and it sucked one of them right up. Needless to say it hurt. Is there a way to decrease the chance of this happening. I can say it really pumped my penis on the first time even though I only had it on for less than 10 minutes.

I have read articles that say to use the extender first and then incorporate the bath mate and vice versa after several months. I have heard some that say use them at the same time.

What is the best method here? I definitely do not want to outgrow the bathmate before I really get to using it. Is it practical to use both at the same time. What kind of results have been seen using them together over 6 months. I am just shy of 6” length on a good day and 5 1/2” normally. I go in at about 4” girth. I would love to add about 2 inches in length and girth but maybe I am aiming to high. Any feed back is appreciated.

I have good news and bad news… the good news is you won’t likely outgrown your bathmate… probably ever. The bad news is you didn’t have to spend 300+ dollars on commercial PE gear. You can make great gains as a starter using the newbie routine which only requires your hands.

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

Agree. To this day, my best gains came from those first several months of stretching and jelqing, aka simply following the newbie routine. Seriously. I know everyone wants to skip the newbie routine for some reason, to somehow get to the “real” PE, but there’s a reason we all recommend it. The newbie routine isn’t some sort of arbitrary barrier to “real” PE, it really is the best method for everyone starting out, there’s just so many benefits to doing it. Trust us, give it at least 3 solid months, exactly as it’s written, and as long as you’re still gaining (I mean gaining at all no matter what the rate) keep going with it.

You also want to try to set realistic goals. While 2 inches in length is perhaps possible with some serious dedication, time, and the alignment of planets, 2 inches in girth would be extraordinarily rare.

Some other generic advice:

Be meticulous about measurements! Can’t stress this enough. Don’t try to just eye your gains, or go by feel, use an actual ruler for bone pressed length and a flexible tape for girth, or other actual measuring device that is completely objective. Most importantly, measure the exact same way every single time you measure, no matter what method you use. Keep a log, measure once a month (or less) to start, adjust frequency as you see fit. Just do it the same way every time, and do it regularly, and write it down.

The x30 base I think is too large for a 4” girth, it will be difficult to keep your testicles out. If you do choose to go the pumping route, you should read the forum articles on selecting a proper cylinder size. One thing the bathmate is good for is those immediate, temporary, waterlogged, plumped girths.
