Hello all, I have a quick question. If I am doing the 5 minutes of manual stretching from the newbie routine and my hands are cramping towards the end, does that mean I’m pulling too hard? I pull as hard as I need to to feel a good stretch. Thanks.

No just means your grip is weak. It will get stronger as you continue to do the routine though. Mine were weak now they are pretty strong. So keep at it you’ll be fine.

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

Your grip is weak. Put some blood in the glans to improve the grip and you will see that it gets better.

Thanks for the responses. I’ll have to start up with the stretching again and just give it more time. Getting more blood in there should help with the grip, I just have to make sure not to make too many purple spots. :)
