I’m not circumcised and I’ve been doing manual stretches for a while without pulling my foreskin back. I just read that the foreskin should be pulled back when doing it. If I start to pull it back now should I see better gains? Can it be done without pulling it back? What are the reasons to pull it back?

Also, I jelq with the foreskin over the glands. I’ve tried it by pulling it back but I have a big vein and I’m very uncomfortable about doing it that way(the vein enlarges when pulled back). Is it harmful not to pull it back? Can I still see gains without pulling the skin back?

Most guys will see gains by doing the exercises in a regular and consistent manner. The position of your foreskin won’t affect that. The reason some uncircumcised guys pull back the foreskin is to reduce the excess skin growth that some new guys see when they first start exercising. If that hasn’t been a problem for you, then keep doing what you’ve been doing.

Consistency is important. Foreskin is not a problem. I’m not circumcised also. Do exercises regularly noticing small continues gains.
