Pulling foreskin back during excercises
I’m not circumcised and I’ve been doing manual stretches for a while without pulling my foreskin back. I just read that the foreskin should be pulled back when doing it. If I start to pull it back now should I see better gains? Can it be done without pulling it back? What are the reasons to pull it back?
Also, I jelq with the foreskin over the glands. I’ve tried it by pulling it back but I have a big vein and I’m very uncomfortable about doing it that way(the vein enlarges when pulled back). Is it harmful not to pull it back? Can I still see gains without pulling the skin back?
